certified commercial inspector. Our goal is to give you a
comprehensive overview of the property you are about to purchase.
We feel it's important to provide an inspection report that is detailed,
yet easy to read and follow. Our reports have color photos to show
you a clear picture of anything that needs to be addressed.
We are sensitive to time requirements for your
inspection and understand that sometimes an
inspection needs to be done immediately. Your
inspection will be treated as a top priority and be
completed in your time frame. We know your time
is important! We can be flexible so that if you want to
be present for the inspection, you can be.

•Exterior Evaluation
Wall covering, landscaping, grading, elevation, drainage, driveways, sidewalks,
fascia, trim, doors, windows, lights and exterior receptacles.
•Roof and Attic
Framing, ventilation, type of roof construction, flashing and gutters.
•Plumbing
Identification of pipe materials used for potable, drain, waste and vent pipes.
